Join us as we learn the 4'S's we come into the world needing, the signs of trauma, and response techniques to help connect with a child who's experienced trauma.
Lisa Hansen is a subject matter expert with over 20 years’ experience as a professional speaker, trainer, author and youth care provider. She faced her own dilemma as she was stuck in anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts due to her childhood trauma of sexual abuse, child sex trafficking and domestic abuse. Drawing from her experience and conquering the shame that kept her isolated, she became an advocate for the oppressed. She is the CEO & Founder of the nationally recognized Power Over Predators program. Lisa is an effective communicator, inspiring changemaker and has personally spoken to nearly 50,000 middle and high school students. The prevention work being done in Arizona has been recognized as a successful model at the national level, prompting two invitations to the White House, a speaking opportunity at the Capitol, and a place as a stakeholder on the President’s Interagency Task Force to combat human trafficking.
The AZTIFC seeks to build resilient faith-based organizations in order to facilitate sensitive care, training, resource sharing, advocacy, and social movement; Not compromising our own faith traditions, but multiplying collaboration for the greater good of Tucson and the surrounding area.

Typically we meet monthly on the 3rd Thursday of most months from 11AM-1PM. The meetings will be hosted at Hope City Church and free lunch for those attending is included and provided by Pantano Christian Church.
