SEATING RULES :
You MUST BE SEATED by 11:30AM. Arrive early. Tickets not redeemed by 11:50AM will be considered late and may not receive ideal seating. Guests will not be permitted inside once the show has started. Smaller parties (3 or less) may be grouped together at "community tables" to party with other attendees.
AGE RESTRICTIONS :
21+ TO ATTEND - As per Tin Roof, we are only allowed to permit adults over the age of 21 into this venue.
(Must present proof of age at the door with valid, non-expired State ID, Drivers License, Driving Permit, or Passport. No other forms accepted. No exceptions will be made.)
REFUND POLICY :
ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any issues with food quality, or venue service must be addressed with a manager on-site, the same day during your visit.
