* Do you "pick up " on other people's feelings or energies?

* Do you find yourself feeling anxious, upset, sad, or lonely and you don't know why?

* Do world events seem to impact you more than you or others think they should?

These are just a few of the questions/topics we will address regarding the sensitivities of empathic people.

Join us and learn:

* What is an Empath

* What can trigger your empathic “spidey senses”

* Techniques to shield yourself from the energies of others and the environment

* How to “close down” your "antenna"

* How to embrace your empathic gift!

and more…

The class also will include guided meditation, lectures, and exercises.

Please note: This event's lecture/instruction and guided meditation portion will be recorded, and the recording shared with all event registrants. If you interact in the workshop while it’s being recorded (via questions or comments), your voice, your video feed if you choose to turn it on, and your profile name and profile photo, if available, may end up being a part of the recording. You can adjust in your Zoom account’s settings (prior to joining the event) the information you want to have visible for you, and you have full control over whether your personal video feed is turned on or off at any point during the event and whether you chose to share or interact in any way at the time the event is being recorded. You’ll also be able to ask questions via chat but note that we may decide to include the contents of the chat into the recording, so be mindful of how personal the information you share in the chat is and whether you’re using your full name to share it. For more info on Zoom meetings, please see the Zoom website
