<p>Join us for an evening hosted by wild game chef and author - Jesse Griffiths, and our pals from MeatEater's The Element - KC Smith &amp; Tyler Jones. Jesse will be doing a live whole hog butchering seminar and will be serving pork from one of his cookbook recipes. Tickets are $100 and include food, drink, live seminar, and your choice of Jesse Griffith's Hog Book or Turkey Book. Signed by the man himself. Books available for pickup at the event. First Lite is giving away tons of gear, and we'll have prizes from our other partners like MKC, Turtlebox, and more.</p>
