When searching multiple related query sequences, being able to detect combinations is often an essential element of a thorough IP analysis. •	Which hit sequences comprise a given combination of the query sequences?•	Which patent documents comprise combinations?•	Are hits recited as individuals? As combinations?•	Are there any variations in hits? For example, what variations are present in CDR3? In gene A?•	In searching constructs with multiple possible combinations comprising subsets of the queries, which subsets exist?
