Overview

Jazz & Journaling with Carla Lyles

In this workshop, educators will experience Jazz & Journaling as a tool for reflection and connection, and explore ways to bring mindfulness practices into their own classrooms and communities. Wrap up your school year with writing, collaging, sketching, and unwinding with fellow colleagues.

Carla Lyles is a multidisciplinary artist, creative director, and community leader working at the intersection of design, healing, and culture. With over a decade of experience in graphic design, content strategy, and community-based programming, she creates immersive experiences that center reflection, connection, and storytelling.
