Eric Houchen - Chemistry Research Technology Specialist:

Technical resource for all things related to chemical synthesis, chemical biology, and materials science. In addition to being a technical resource, also works to understand the challenges our customers face and bring awareness of the newest innovations and chemistries that could potentially accelerate their work.

Eric joined MilliporeSigma in 2019 as a Research Sales Associate for The Ohio State University. Prior to joining the company, Eric received his degree in Chemistry from The Ohio State University in 2017. At OSU, he performed research in an organic synthesis laboratory and worked as an undergraduate teaching assistant for organic chemistry lecture and lab courses. In 2018, he moved into a lab manager position where he oversaw operations for the undergraduate organic chemistry teaching labs at OSU.

Charles Ngowe - Account Manager

Charles has over 15 years of technical and life science sales experience covering Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast. Currently, he is enrolled in an MBA program at Salem State University| Bertolon School of Business and has a PhD in Chemistry. He is solution oriented, guided by proven technology to help guide scientific community apply appropriate tools to address biological questions.

In addition, he is active in community development to help emerging villages in Uganda identify opportunities within and overcome poverty so that they can build a micro-economy in order to achieve sustainable development.
