Join the gals & guys of Cherry Blossom Cabaret on Saturday April 1st, 2023 at Proof as we renounce Burlesque and take part in a live onstage baptism! We’re trading our g-strings in and starting our very own nunnery for wayward strippers…….. APRIL FOOLS!
On Saturday, April 1st, Cherry Blossom Cabaret presents “April Fools Burlesque” at Proof. A sexy & hilarious night of outstanding burlesque, featuring a thousand rubber chickens, live snakes and fire! Ok, maybe not the snakes and fire….we’ll see. Emcee Hunter Down will be your handsome host for this evening of high weirdness. Get your dirty jokes read for our Dirty Joke Contest, prizes will be awarded!
All jokes aside, we’re honored to feature our Special Guest Performer; LA punk icon, belly dance goddess, and burlesque superstar PRINCESS FARHANA! Whether it’s opening for Guns N’ Roses, strip-teasing with revolutionary troupe The Velvet Hammer, or shimmying for A-listers like Hillary Clinton and the Rolling Stones, Her Majesty has done it ALL with royal flair.
Come for the gorgeous guys and gals and stay for the jokes as we do our best to make you laugh, tease your sweet spots and leave you wanting more, more, more.
Swimsuits encouraged if participating in the onstage baptism & bring your dancin shoes to get down to the sweet sounds provided by DJ Jetboy at our post show dance party!
