Join Cole Oost, the Garden&#x27;s new Manager of Public Outreach, Education, and Communications, for a free guided tour of the garden. We’ll hear the stories of a selection of plants in the garden, and their relevance to human society. All ages are welcome. We will meet at the La Kretz Garden Pavilion at the northern end of the garden. Restrooms are available at this location. COVID-19In light of the spread of the Omicron variant, UCLA has issued an updated set of COVID-19 Policies and Procedures. The following guidelines apply to events, including tours, at the UCLA Botanical Garden:Face Coverings- Attendees are required to wear masks when in group settings, especially when it is difficult to maintain a distance of at least 3 feet from other visitors.Guests must show proof of being fully vaccinated or a negative COVID-19 test within the previous 72 hours (either printed or on a smartphone).Please keep these guidelines in mind when reserving a spot on our tours. Thank you for helping us reduce the spread of COVID-19 and minimize risk to our visitors, students, and staff members.PARKINGThere is no parking on site at the Garden. Here is a <a href="https://www.botgard.ucla.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/120/2017/02/BotGardParkingInformation-2.pdf" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">map with nearby parking options</a>. Visitors can park in <a href="https://goo.gl/maps/JTadE6VFjbLQCCh87" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">UCLA Parking Structure 2</a> (payment required) near the Westholme Avenue entrance to campus, or at metered parking spots in Westwood. Metered street parking can also be found on Manning Ave, which can be accessed from Charles E. Young Drive or Hilgard Avenue.
