KIDS PARANORMAL DAY AT ASHMORE ESTATES Do your kids enjoy watching ghost shows on TV and are always bugging you to take them "ghost hunting".  Well here is your chance because we all know you were too "chicken" to take them lol. 

Ashmore Estates & Kids Day founder Ashley Yvonne Burgoon will be hosting a day for kids and ghosts.  We will start the day off with a little paranormal 101 showing kids the ins and outs of ghost hunting, equipment used, and the history behind Ashmore Estates.  There may be a special showing of the Children of the Grave 2 featuring Ashmore Estates. 

After a break it is time to head out and do some ghost hunting.  During this time not only will you use some of the equipment that has been displayed but you will also participate in an actual ghost hunt.  Are ghosts there during the day?  Of course they are this isn't TV we know they are there in the day just as much as night.  As the day goes on it'll probably get a little dark but no problem we will break out the flashlights or just turn on the building lights, or if you are really daring wander around in the dark.  At no time will we put your child in danger and if anyone feels nervous during the event we will remove you from the building. 

Ashmore Estates has been seen nationally on Ghost Adventures, Ghost Hunters, Destination Fear, or in a film by the Booth Brothers - Children of the Grave II.  This is your chance to have the opportunity to wander the halls of this 1916 Poor Farm where the inmates called this home and later patients from the psychiatric care facility stayed to get help.  With over 200 reported deaths at Ashmore Estates we know some have never left the property. 

If you don't have equipment no problem we will have some available to use or experiment with. A parent/guardian must be present for the children.  The $25 ticket includes one adult and one child.  If there is an additional adult and/or child that will be attending you can purchase an additional ticket for $15 each.
