What is the refund policy?

If you decide to cancel your reservation, you may do so, minus the Eventbrite fees, up to Monday July 22, 2024 by 5:00 pm (EST). There will be NO REFUNDS after July 22, 2024.

Do you offer a vegetarian/vegan or children's option?

There are no menu substitutions. We do not offer a vegetarian/vegan or children's menu or price. The menu does include barbecued chicken and several non-seafood items.

What if I have a shellfish allergy?

The menu items on the RI lobster boil are cooked and displayed separately.

What is the last day I can purchase tickets?

Ticket sales end Wednesday July 31, 2024 by 5 pm, no exceptions.

What if Polo cancels a match due to weather, will the lobster boil also be cancelled?

McGrath Clambakes & Catering operates separately from Newport Polo and will provide service regardless of weather. If Newport Polo cancels the match prior to the lobster boil, McGrath Clambakes & Catering is still committed to serve and honor purchased tickets. No refunds will be issued.
