Get ready for a fun, challenging workout! We will complete a CHP Academy style floor workout followed by a run.
Things to keep in mind when attending APP workouts: We encourage you to wear a white t-shirt (crew neck), bearing your last name on the back, dark colored bottoms and athletic shoes suitable for working out. Don't forget to bring water!
When arriving to Brookside Park, park in Lot I near the kids playground. Please standby your vehicle and wait for further instructions. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel for the grass
