WHISKEY BUSINESS

Our Mixologists spend the morning rummaging for local produce, herbs, and botanicals from the Farmer's Market for each Academy.

Enter into the world of Whiskey. Your instructor will take you on a trip around the globe as you explore the different styles of Whiskey. This Academy will teach you how to create intriguing cocktails based on Scotch, Japanese Whisky, Rye and more. Learn proper technique with a heavy focus on stirred cocktails. You will create 4 cocktails with guidance from one of our seasoned mixologists. The cocktail menu with specs is provided for future reference.
