Program Overview

As organizations recognize the value of collective over individual success, Team Coaching is rapidly gaining recognition as a pivotal factor in advancing organizational performance and dynamics. The APF Certified Systemic Team Coach program provides leaders and organizations with a suite of strategies and tools designed to foster stronger, more unified teams.


Methodology

  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Schedule: October 19 - January 11, 2025 [Every Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM]
  • Language: English

  • Additional Learnings: Articles, Case study, Books
  • Supervision support = 5 hours (Supervision coach is USA based, so it’s available from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM EST New York Time)
  • Team Observations = 2 hours (Experienced Team Coach will provide observation & provide feedback)

Implementing Team Coaching Competencies and Understanding Team Dynamics

  • Distinguish between Individual Coaching, Team Coaching, and Facilitation: Understand the differences and overlaps between these coaching modalities.
  • Differentiate Team Coaching from Other Modalities: Clearly differentiate team coaching from team building, group facilitation, and other related practices.
  • Master ICF Competencies for Team Coaching: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the ICF competencies specific to team coaching.
  • Learn Coaching Models for Teams: Explore various coaching models and how they can be applied to team settings.
  • Address Dysfunctional Team Dynamics: Gain skills in identifying and addressing issues in dysfunctional teams.
  • Recognize the Five Dysfunctions of a Team (Lencioni model): Understand the common dysfunctions in teams as per the Lencioni model and how to address them.
  • Creating Safety and Trust: Skills in fostering safe and trustful environments for open, effective communication.

Naveen Ks, USA

Naveen is the Co-founder of Agile PeopleOps who contributed in creating Agile PeopleOps Framework™, he is also an organizer of the HR conference PeopleOps Pulse and author of The Scrum Master journal. He works as a consultant and coach in US helping organizations transform and adopt business agility, he also helps Leaders & Teams through his coaching & reflection skills to help them become better versions of themselves and make progress, one day at a time.

Naveen loves coaching, and he went on to learn everything about coaching way back in 2014, enrolling in one of the best coaching schools in the USA and holds ICF coaching certifications for the last 7 years, served as a Board member on one of the ICF chapters and volunteered for 100s of pro bono coaching helping individuals become better versions of themselves and grow in life.
