Our premier annual conference takes place June 13-15 at at the Hyatt Hill Cuntry Resort and Spa in San Antonio. This year, our theme is "Rising Together," and we will focus on the teamwork and staff empowerment that is critical to building a successful next-generation pharmacy.

As always, we will provide plenty of the resources and education you need to adapt and thrive. And you will have ample opportunities to network with peers from around the country to share ideas and inspirations, or just build new relationships. Sessions are still in development, but will include a CE session and panel discussion focused on empowering your technicians, pharmacy marketing, workflow/staff management, advocacy, legal affairs and Cencora/GNP breakout sessions.

We'll also have an Exhibit Hall full of 40-50 carefully vetted vendors that offer products and services that can make a real difference in your business. Cencora (AmerisourceBergen) and American Pharmacies staff will be on hand at all times to provide support and advice on vital topics.

Discounted registration fees are available through March 15 and are as low as $275 for the three-day pass and $225 for two days. Because of rapidly rising costs in the conference industry, we are no longer able to include one guest in your registration fee. We have established a discounted Spouse|Partner ticket to accommodate guests in those categories.

Tee It Up at the Hyatt Golf Club!

Our 2024 Tournament kicks off early on June 13 with a fun foursome scramble at the Hyatt Golf Club. Tee-offs start at 8 a.m. and there will be $600 in prizes.

Sprawling over 200 acres, the Hill Country Golf Club offers a scenic, dramatic and balanced 27-hole championship course, featuring four sets of tee placements for every level of golfer.

Designed by Arthur Hills and Associates to capture the beauty and landscape of the Texas Hill Country, the Club features diverse terrain, from link-style, rolling-meadows and lush hillsides to tree-shaded plateaus and tranquil lakes and ponds.

Named Texas’ Best Golf Course by World Golf Awards, and Best Golf Resort by Smart Meetings magazine, our state-of-the-art golf destination features a stocked pro-shop, GPS-equipped golf carts, a full-service clubhouse, and practice area with putting green.

Golf fees are $115. You can pay for golf when you register for the conference. Golf tournament participation is limited to ticketed attendees only.
