IT&#x27;S TIME to start making room for the juicy positive stuff of life. But to do that, we have to dismantle the anxiety that is holding us hostage... in the middle of the night... at random triggers... or even in an underlying, always-kinda-there way. J﻿oin me in a workshop designed to help you work the anxiety out of your life. There are three stages to the workshop:<ul><li>First, we will unravel the stressors and anxiety triggers on the spot, and work to uncover the deeper layers of their hold on us.</li><li>Next, we will learn about the nervous system; how it is being hurt, how it&#x27;s hurting us in return, how to condition it to take better care of us.</li><li>Finally, we will learn how to use a tool that allows for a productive, respectful, and loving conversation with ourselves; one that connects us to our values and gives us unshakeable kindness and compassion toward ourselves. Best of all, it&#x27;s simple, and it works like magic. </li></ul>I﻿f you&#x27;re feeling a buildup of anxiety that is more and more haunting, or if you notice that your stress has become chronic and you can never quite escape it fully, or even if you just want to do something good for yourself that has immediate and long-term impact, don&#x27;t miss this workshop.
