Do I need prior experience in energy healing?

No. This training is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. The at-one-ment opens the channel for you, and everything is taught clearly and step-by-step.

I’ve trained in Reiki or another modality. Is this similar?

Accepted Answer

Anusha works at a much higher frequency than Reiki  and has its own intelligence, structure and symbols. Many practitioners find it deepens their intuitive psychic connection and expands their energetic awareness, energetic channel whilst remaining grounded and practical.

What does “At-One-ment” mean?

An At-One-ment is the initiation process in Anusha. It connects you directly to the energy so you can begin working with it safely and effectively. It is experienced during the training itself.

What might I experience during the training?

Accepted Answer

Everyone’s experience is unique. Some people feel strong energy currents, see colours, visions or experience emotional release. Others feel deep calm and clarity. There is no “right” experience, everything is welcome.

Is this safe?

Yes. Anusha is a grounded, structured system. The training includes grounding and protection techniques to ensure you feel stable and supported. The space is held with care and clear boundaries.

Question 6

Will I be qualified to offer sessions afterwards?

Yes. After completing Level 1, you are qualified to practise Anusha Level 1 healing on yourself and others.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring water and anything you need to feel comfortable for a full day. I also recommend bringing a notebook to makes notes during the training. Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Is this suitable if I’m highly sensitive or anxious?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many sensitive individuals find Anusha deeply supportive. The environment is calm, trauma-aware, and paced to allow integration.

What if I don’t feel anything?

Accepted Answer

There is no expectation to feel anything specific. Some shifts are subtle and integrate over time. The process works at the level that is right for you.

What’s the difference between Reiki and Anusha?

Accepted Answer

Reiki is traditionally earth based energy, supporting grounding and physical balance. Anusha comes from the stars,  a higher-frequency cosmic energy focused on spiritual alignment, intuitive awakening, and raising your vibration. Both are powerful, simply working at different levels.
