The COREALIS consortium (<A HREF="http://www.corealis-project.eu/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">http://www.corealis-project.eu/</A>) is glad to invite you to a Focus Group meeting that will be held on 05.09.2018, in the Antwerp Port House, Zaha Hadidplein 1, 2030, Antwerp.
<H4 CLASS="MsoNormal">What is COREALIS?</H4>
COREALIS is a Horizon 2020 funded project that aims to implement the Port of the Future. It proposes a strategic, innovative framework for cargo ports to handle upcoming and future capacity, traffic, efficiency and environmental challenges. This is enabled by disruptive technologies, including IoT (Internet of Things), data analytics, next generation traffic management and emerging 5G networks. COREALIS innovations will increase efficiency and optimize the port land use, while respecting circular economy principles and being of service to the urban environment.
<H4 CLASS="MsoNormal">Which are the innovations?</H4>
Within COREALIS, a Living Lab will be established in the Port of Antwerp to adapt and test the COREALIS innovations. In this context, the port of Antwerp will test the following innovative solutions:

Implementation of an innovative data-analytics based cargo flow optimisation component aiming at minimising containers’ waiting time at the port

Implementation of Marketplace and chassis brokerage platform for managing transport orders at the port
</LI>

<H4 CLASS="MsoNormal">What is the Focus Group about?</H4>
This meeting is about gathering stakeholders’ viewpoints on the Port of Antwerp’s current challenges and co-creating scenarios that will be implemented and evaluated in the project. After a short introduction, discussing the COREALIS concept and specific aims of the AntwerpLiving Lab, an interactive co-design session will follow, where participants will identify scenarios of interest. A brainstorming session will conclude the meeting, where challenges for port stakeholders will be elaborated and possible solutions discussed.
<H4 CLASS="MsoNormal">Why join?</H4>
By attending this event, you will be able to network with the COREALIS consortium, other important Antwerp’s port stakeholders and leading logistics experts. Participants will include port authorities and operators, solution providers, terminal operators, city representatives, service providers, academia, etc. You will also contribute to aligning the technologies design for the Port of the Future with the stakeholders’ actual needs.
