Need a little boost to tackle those nagging tasks? Join the Women's Self-Compassion & Wellness Group for an anti-procrastination body double session!

We'll start with some self-compassionate intention setting to get us in the right mindset. Then, we'll have dedicated work time to tackle whatever's been lingering on your to-do list - whether that's responding to emails, meal prepping for the week, organizing your closet, or even working on a personal project. You'll have the option to chat and check-in along the way if that helps keep you motivated.

Think of it as a virtual productivity party, but one where we approach our work with gentleness and kindness instead of harsh self-criticism. Because let's be real, we're way more likely to follow through when we treat ourselves with compassion.

So grab your laptop, planner, or whatever you need, and get ready to finally cross some of those lingering items off your list. With the support of this awesome community, we'll banish procrastination and celebrate our small wins together.

The Zoom link will be shared after you RSVP, so sign up now and let's get stuff done - the self-compassionate way!

Shelly Najjar is a nutrition mindset coach with thousands of hours of training as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, with a Master's degree in Public Health Nutrition.

Shelly uses an empowering, non-diet approach to help women develop a healthy relationship with food, have more energy, and do more of what matters, so they can have personal and professional success.

Before finding out about the flexible approach to wellness she currently uses, Shelly was frustrated and burnt out on nutrition. The restrictive and shame-based recommendations she had been taught only held women back (including herself), and set them up for failure. Then, she stopped feeling guilty about enjoying food, embraced intuitive eating, and began to see lasting change in herself and clients.
