Anonymous Hiring Masterclass
Wed, Mar 22, 2017, 6:30 PM
blackgirl.tech presents Annonymous Hiring, in this masterclass, we will be covering the principals of annonymous hiring, how it helps to improve diversity and the best ways to implement it in your company. Annonymous hiring is a relatively new practice that creates a more level playing field for candidates and allows employers, recruiters and interveiwers to focus on the important information while minimising the effects of unconcious bias.
This masterclass will be led by Kate Glazebrook, co-founder of Applied, a recruitment agency that specialise in annonymous hiring and she is also the principal advisor of Behavioural Insights, an organisation that uses insights from behavioural science to encourage people to make better choices for themselves and making public services more cost-effective and easier for citizens to use. Apart from this, she has also taught classes at Harvard and has spoken on the TED stage.
This masterclass is designed for companies/employers who notice a hole in their hiring practices and want to do the work to fill it.
