The annual Sacramento Seafood and Soul Festival is returning to Miller Regional park for a day of music and family fun right on the beautiful Sacramento River.This year's return to Miller event stars Oscar and Grammy Awards winner Regina Belle with special guest performances by the R&B Diva herself Michel'le along with music by Les Franklin, the MDP Band, Sacra,ento's very own Lab Rats and a stunning show deleovered by the nuimber Parliament Funkadelic Tribute Purifiedment Funkeninsurance and more on two stages.
