The session will use real examples that illustrate the critical role corporate leaders play in managing internal communications to best protect the company. This will include a fascinating ‘smoking gun’ story by Dave Butler, a member of the DuPont Chemical litigation team, using video clips from depositions in the famous trials featured in the movie Dark Waters. You will leave knowing how unmanaged corporate behavior and internal communications can play a pivotal role at trial – and have devastating results in the hands of the jury.
