Please bring the printed confirmation ticket/s containing the QR code along with a valid photo ID (each attendee registration) with you for badge pick-up. All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for badge pick-up. Acceptable forms of identification include: Drivers License, School ID, Work ID, Passport, Military ID, etc. Refund and Transfer Policy: Your refund request must be received within 30 days of your registration purchase date. After 30 days, you may request for a transfer once, good only for the following year. Due to the new registration system and updated security requirements, name changes on purchased registrations will no longer be permitted. Please make sure to have your full, legal name attached to any new registrations. Any requests for a cancellation/refund or a transfer must be submitted in writing by June 23, 2015.
