Overview

For people who feel anxious, hold it all in or struggle to say 'no'—expert guidance to process anger with others in a safe and healthy way.

This workshop is a trauma-informed space to process repressed anger—in a safe, grounded, and healthy way.

Together, we create a supportive group container to access and feel what’s been held in. There’s something powerful about doing this work alongside like-minded souls—it helps you feel safer, more open, and less alone in the process.

This workshop will be especially helpful if you:

  • Feel anxious, people-please, or shut down around others
  • Avoid conflict or struggle to express yourself
  • Rarely feel anger, or tend to put others’ needs first
  • Still carry anger from past hurts or betrayals

It’s also for people who want to:

  • Feel more agency and personal power
  • Set clearer boundaries & move on from past hurt
  • Feel more honest and alive in themselves

Why Does Your Anger MATTER?

😠 Repressed anger quietly shapes our lives - but most of us have never been shown how to feel it safely

When we hold in our anger, something in us gets stuck. And we get sick inside.

We become anxious. We people-please. We shut down around others. We even get chronic pain.

Most importantly, we start to disconnect from our authentic selves: our unique expressions, desires and needs.

It happens because, at some point, you were probably taught that your anger is unacceptable. Wrong. Something that should be suppressed.

But you have been misled.

When consciously integrated, anger is our lifeforce, our power, our ability to engage with others and the world with self-assurance.

The goal of this workshop is to help you to become more yourself, by supporting you to process your repressed anger—in a safe, controlled and healthy way.

When you befriend your anger, it becomes your most powerful ally. Rarrrr!

📅 You Will Learn

✅ How to connect to a felt sense of safety in the body
✅ Effective techniques to process anger in a safe and controlled way
✅ How to ground and integrate after anger processing
✅ How to work with protector parts that hold you back from your anger

🤩 What You Can Expect

Important note: we won't be hitting things with baseball bats or screaming our heads off.

There will be powerful exercises to process anger, but they emphasise presence and groundedness to fully embody the anger, rather than trying to get rid of it. These can be intense, but do not necessarily have to be to effectively process anger. It can be done in a way that feels appropriate for you.

There will be exercises to create safety in the body, others exploring our resistance to anger and also several cycles of processing anger together.

This is a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space where the golden rule is a complete allowing of all the parts of you.

📝 My Approach

Your feelings live in your body. So I take a body-based approach that emphasises the direct experience of the body here and now.

My approach is trauma-informed, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of participants above all else.
