Rage often remains concealed in our society, particularly for women. The skill of navigating through anger wasn't taught to us; instead, we acquired the habit of stifling it to be the "good girl." However, understanding how to manage this misunderstood emotion is crucial for maintaining our emotional, physical, and mental well-being, as well as reclaiming our power.

Who we are

Alexandra Jordan is a certified Emotion Code and Body Code Certified Practitioner, who helps clients release emotional baggage and energetic imbalances that often manifest as symptoms in the body, as well as psychic manipulations by others. She also has a background in holistic nutrition and somatic trauma-informed training and ties everything together for the best and lasting results.

Amy Chu is a MBSR trained and trauma-informed fire dancer and sound healer who found her own healing through somatic movements and vocalization. Being born in China and raised in the West, she overcame chronic pain by understanding the intricate relationship between her heritage and emotional repression.
