Everyone can benefit from overcoming anger and embracing patience. Based on the teachings of Buddha, this course provides practical tools and techniques to navigate anger’s destructive patterns and find a path toward greater emotional well-being. When we explore the causes and effects of anger, we can see the need to respond skillfully to challenging situations and develop a deep understanding that patience as the powerful antidote.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
