What is Anatomy and Physicology (A&P) Yoga

This is a yoga class that focsed heavily on anatomical and medical terminology. Great for people learning biology or A&P in school or who are in an occupation like physical therapy, massage therapy, nursing or medical school.

Will I get something out of if I don't know anatomy and physiology?

You will greatly benefit from having a basic understanding of anatomy. However, this is still a yoga class.

JP is actually a Medical Doctor?

Yes! He actually teaches the same coursework to medical students in residency who are paying $100,000's in student loans for the same material.

JP is an Osteopath and Medical Doctor?

Yes, he is only around 1 of a dozen in the US. His knowledge base is highly specialized.

Who would benefit from this type of yoga class?

This would be a great class for anyone in the medical field, massage therapy, nursing, physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga teacher training or taking an anatomy and physiology class and you want to integrate your understanding of the body.
