Dave Gentry, our speaker, will talk about "anarchy" this month at Agile Midlands. Dave presented this fun and thought provoking presentation at the Global Scrum Gathering in Minneapolis last year. 
When you hear the word "anarchy", what do you think about? Most people relate anarchy to lawlessness or chaos, but there are connections to agility. Learn more about this connection, famous anarchists, scientific management, knowledge workers, and how anarchy can be a tool to empower self-organized, creative, and high-performing teams. 
Our Speaker: Dave is a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. He has seven years of hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Lean. Dave has served in a variety of roles during his 25-year IT career including developer, data analyst, business analyst, quality assurance analyst, project manager, and Agile coach..
Dave is actively involved in the community through his personal <A HREF="http://www.agile.cool/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">BLOG</A> and local user group, Agile Augusta. When he isn’t busy speaking or helping colleagues, clients, and companies to advance their Agile journey, he can be found playing bass guitar and interpreting how groove applies to life and agility.
