This is more than a workshop — it’s a guided journey inward. Experiences and fear shapes our beliefs — but courage can reshape them. Through breathing techniques, guided visualization and coaching techniques you’ll calm your mind, break through limiting thoughts, visualize your inner bravery, and write to your younger self.
