Want to learn how to lead meetings, events, and workshops in a way that engages your audience and increases their participation -- while having fun at the same time? While there are many teaching and advocacy methodologies, did you know that The Next Door has officially adopted "Popular Education" as the agency's primary form of working in community? In this workshop, you will learn all about the history and principles behind Popular Education. You will see why it is such a powerful tool for organizing social change. And, you will walk away with activities you can use right away when working with families, youth, or community partners.
