Bahia Principe Grand Tulum is located just 90 minutes south of Cancun and is 15-20 minutes from centralized downtown Tulum. It is famous for it’s Mayan Ruins, and is preferred by yogis all over the world for it’s relaxed bohemian-chic feel, local highlights, beautiful beaches, hidden cenotes, and lush jungle and great vibes.

Accommodations

All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and sitting areas. Rooms are styled with our beautiful Eco-Chic beautiful bohemian feel.

Retreat Package Rates:

* Premium Superior Oceanfront- $1729 solo, $1639 per person (double occupancy)

* Premium Superior - $1529 solo, $1259 per person (double occupancy)

The initial deposit of $150 per person is due by March 31, 2024, to lock in your retreat hotel accommodation reservation. The deposit is nonrefundable/non-transferable in the event of personal trip cancellation.

Room Only rates for reduced days- available upon request.

Monthly payments will be scheduled based upon when deposit was received. Deposit will be made via our secure online payment portal (Eventbrite). Individual invoices will be given once initial deposit has been made.

Final payment is due by June 15th, 2024.

*Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased separately upon request. The trip protection will allow you to receive 100% of the trip cost for covered reasons under the plan's policy or 75% for cancel for any reason (less the amount paid for travel insurance). Travel insurance is completely optional.

• 5 group Yoga/Wellness sessions with Ebony

• All meals and drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) which are standard as:

• Light breakfast of fresh fruit before morning practice

• Brunch

• Snack

• Dinner

• Transportation to/from Cancun Airport

What's Not Included:

• Expenditure of personal nature, such as meals, drinks, souvenirs etc outside of what’s being included in package.

• Meals and tours not mentioned

• Tips to driver, guide, hotel and restaurant staff.

*No refunds for events not attended due to flight delays, late attendance or non-participation.

*Late fees of $25 will be assessed for any payment not paid within 15-day grace period.

*Prices are based on costs, tariffs, taxes, charges, levies and rates at the time of booking. Increases of any of these costs or charges may result in an increase in the price of your vacation package.

*Missed payments of two or more payments as scheduled and your spot will be automatically canceled, and the following cancellation penalty will apply.

*All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds are subject to cancellation schedule fee below.

Cancellation schedule fee for Hotel Package:

45 days + prior to trip - $150 deposit

45-29 days prior to trip - $150+ 50% non-refundable

29 days prior to trip or less- 100% non-refundable
