Rob Alvey not only has a tremendous physical resemblance to Mark Twain, but  appeared in October as Twain in a new play, Tesla and Twain - Annihilating the Distance performed at the Radio Wave Building in Manhattan. Alvey's book, Catching Twainitis Syndrome about his experiences and research on Twain was published in 2019. Alvey's performances are inspired and certain to get a few laughs as well as make audiences want to re-read the classic work from Twain.
