An afternoon from Hell!
A case study for NEDs on Cybersecurity and Digital Risk Oversight involving a ransom and a cyber incident.
“An Afternoon from Hell!” is an immersive, scenario-based session designed for Non-Executive Directors to explore the realities of cybersecurity and digital risk oversight at board level. Through a fast-moving case study involving a ransomware attack and escalating cyber incident, participants will step into the role of the board as events unfold in real time.
The session will challenge NEDs to make critical decisions under pressure, navigate incomplete information, and consider the legal, operational, and reputational implications of their responses. It offers a practical, discussion-led environment to strengthen oversight, test assumptions, and reflect on how boards can better prepare for and respond to digital crises.
