About this event

GCNYC boasts impressive career outcomes for its graduates. 90% of graduates have advanced in their careers and/or pivoted to careers in social impact or sustainability, and all of our alumni, regardless of career path, are dedicated to making a meaningful and positive impact. They lead sustainability efforts at major companies, serve as strategists for sustainability-focused non-profits, and lead their own social ventures.

GCNYC students and alumni are invited to celebrate the achievements of this remarkable community and hear from a number of alumni on how they are navigating their careers.

This on-campus event will include:

A Q & A session with a panel of alumni who work in a variety of fields within social impact and sustainability

Engage with a panel of alumni who will share current best practices in their fields, provide insight into what employers are looking for when hiring for positions in sustainability, and reflect on what they learned from their own career journeys.

Speed Networking

Speak one-on-one with attendees through an organized round robin. Avoid the small talk and get right down to career objectives.

Informal Mingling with Wine and Cheese

Catch up with former classmates, meet current students and recent graduates, share career and research interests.

This is an in-person event at the GCNYC campus. A virtual networking event will be held in the spring.
