Paying homage to our company's founder, Al J. Schneider, the Galt House Hotel has chosen several private barrel bourbons from different distilleries and named them after him. These bourbons are exclusive to the Galt House and are perfectly paired with a custom-curated menu by our Executive Chef for this special bourbon dinner. This is an event you won't want to miss!
