Communication is a cornerstone in the healing process. When people become aware of what is driving the story they tell themselves about themselves, they gain a new understanding of how patterns in their thinking impact their health, interactions and behavior. Having tools that can help you redirect and create a desired shift, is empowering and engaging. Applying the Alpha Element process shifts the focus from pathology to communication and vitality. Alpha Element techniques redirect negative behavior patterns and facilitate a positive change process.
In this class you learn how to apply the Alpha Element Vitality Types as a holistic framework to increase awareness of self and others. You will get the opportunity to explore what type of energy you use in your communication and engagement and discover which Vitality Type you connect with and are inspired by versus which one might be draining you energy.
