Having tools that can help your clients break these patterns and create a desired shift, is empowering and engaging. 
Applying the Alpha Element process shifts the focus from pathology to communication and vitality. Alpha Element techniques redirect negative behavior patterns and facilitate a positive change process. In this class you learn how to apply the Alpha Element Vitality Types as a creative framework for clients to become more aware of themselves and how they talk, listen and respond to others. As a therapist, you gain a strategy. Through the Alpha Element approach your clients gain an uplifting perspective and tools to self-manage.
