Will we be able to purchase general admission tickets at the door?

No. Due to the fact this is a catered event with a building capacity - tickets are limited to online sales.

Are tickets refundable?

No. Due to this being a catered event - general admission tickets are nonrefundable.

What is the dress code since this is happening in the evening?

Casual. Cosplay is welcome as well for the die-hard fans.

Will there be gluten free options for dinner and dessert?

Yes! When the menu is posted, it will reflect the gluten friendly options for both dinner and desserts for those guests with gluten/wheat sensitivities.

Are there places to stay overnight nearby?

Yes! There are hotels in Chillicothe (approx. 15 minute drive) as well as weekend stay opportunities in Hocking Hills State Park (approx. 1 hour drive).

Is the venue handicap-accessible?

Yes.

Are there bathrooms?

Absolutely! Multiple bathrooms and a handicap-accessible bathroom as well.

If the weather is good - can we go outside?

Yes - limited to specific areas of the venue as posted including the stone terraces and patio area.

Are the fireworks guaranteed?

Weather permitting. If the weather allows - the fireworks are already scheduled/purchased.

Are the fireworks being handled professionally?

Yes! Fireworks permits as well as pyrotechnic professionals have been reserved.

Will Contrast E2C be posting items that will be in the pop-up shop?

No. Not at this time.

Do I need to bring cash?

You may pay with cash items at the pop-up shop as well as raffle tickets. Other forms of payment may also be used.

Will there be alcohol?

No alcohol will be served at this event.

Do I have to pay for my 2 year old to get in?

No. Children 3 and under are free.

Did you have to get permission from Warner Brothers to show the movie?

Yes - specifically through Swank who represents Warner Brothers for individual movie showings by businesses, etc. Licensing fee was paid. https://www.swank.com/about-us/
