Featuring a four-course, family-style dinner where the food tells the story, the menu weaves dishes inspired by the book together with special creations from Chef Jayse Sato. All of the dishes are rooted in the rich, vibrant flavors of Hawaiʻi. Come hungry, come curious, and come ready to share a truly special table.
With her second cookbook, Alana explores Hawai‘i’s diverse culinary heritage through 100+ flavor-packed, approachable, plant-based recipes for local Hawai‘i favorites. The meal will include a range of veg-forward dishes as well as those from the land and the sea. Celebrate the book's launch with Alana, try some dishes inspired by it, and come ready to celebrate!
Each ticket includes:
