Almost Pi(e) Day 2017

We call ourselves the Chicago Nerd Social Club because we believe nerds are pretty social people. Consider the days of the BBS. Nerds created environments to meet new people, share ideas and socialize. We game together, talk about fandoms, share cosplay tips and ideas – whether we’re in meatspace or online. We embrace our nerdy identities because they’re an integral part of who we are, and in many cases, have brought us professional success, friendships and happy relationships. What better reason is there to gather than to celebrate being a bunch of big old nerds, sharing our passions and knowledge for the things we love?

Join us for our 7th annual Almost Pi(e) Day! With <A HREF="http://www.c2e2.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">C2E2</A> coming up on April 21st - 23rd, The Chicago Nerd Social Club is mixing its annual events, Pre-C2E2 Meet ‘n Greet! and Almost Pi(e) Day. We aren’t just math fanatics; it’s more of an excuse to mingle with your fellow nerds and maybe make new friends with which to explore C2E2 all while eating some delicious pie. So come and join us for Almost Pi(e) Day & Pre-C2E2 Meet ’n Greet. All ages.

Interested in bringing a pie? Each pie will have 1 slice saved to be tasted by our Pi(e) judges and the rest will be shared by our geeks and nerds. If you are interested in baking a pie for our event please make sure you select the correct ticket. Contact paul@chicagonerds.com if you have any questions.
