All Things Pumpkin Workshop

Warm up and celebrate the end of fall with a festive fall workshop! Join us for a made-from-scratch adventure where we'll teach you how make homemade purée and use it to cook festive seasonal dishes.

Education Manager, Kelly, will guide you through every step, from roasting sugar pie pumpkins, to blending and jarring purée, and creating a homemade meal with your purée. This workshop is designed for anyone curious about making dishes starting with nutritious whole pumpkins and/or making pumpkin purée in batches to freeze and use throughout the holiday season.

Please join us afte the cooking is done for a family meal where we will sit down and enjoy our culinary efforts together with a wine pairing! You'll also get to take home a jar of purée and some recipe ideas to continue exploring. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn, bake, and enjoy the season's offerings.
