Sini is an international yoga instructor, and has been designated E-RYT® 500 and YACEP® (Continuing Education Provider) by Yoga Alliance. She began offering therapeutic yoga at a medical office in New York City, specializes in one-on-one personal yoga class, currently leads 200hrs yoga teacher training in Silicon Valley. Having grown up in South Korea, she maintains a great awareness of the cross-cultural appeal of yoga and the importance of approaching its practice with an open mind. Sini incorporates disciplines of Western and Eastern culture combined with their respective philosophies together in a harmonic approach to well-being in her teaching, also draws from her movement and life experience, creating classes that are fun, dynamic, and challenging, both physically and mentally.

Ashtanga Vinyasa is based on Ashtanga Primary Series, the movement connects with breath in a dynamic series of postures, done with calm focused attention for strength, flexibility and a quiet mind. Class stars with pranayama, warm-up, sun salutation, Ashtanga sequences and ends up with restoring postures and meditation. The instructor will offer energetic hands-on adjustment – the class is meant to be athletic, and healing all at once, to challenge you and your existing practice, make you sweat, have some fun, and learn proper alignment during the flow. All levels and beginners are welcome. Let’s get out of our comfort zone and challenge your body and mind!
