Lauren has been passionately practicing yoga for 7 years and is continuously learning, listening, and growing in her practice. She is a certified 200hr RYT and creates a peaceful environment for practitioners to express themselves on their mats. Pursuing her undergraduate degree at SCU, Lauren prioritizes yoga in her busy schedule because it always helps her return back to her authentic self. Lauren brings warmth and curiosity to her classes and she welcomes everyone who walks into the studio to be in union with one another no matter your experience level.
