Did you know that the City of Detroit has an Open Data Portal where citizens can access free of charge a wide variety of , city-generated data and analytics related to public safety, transportation, permits, certifications, inspections and more? You can use these data for personal purposes, business planning, neighborhood programs, work or school research, etc.

Join staff from the City of Detroit Open Data Team as they host an informational and interactive program to provide an overview of all of the data that is accessible and available in the portal as well as the tools the team has developed for the public. . The Open Data Portal can be accessed at https://data.detroitmi.gov/.

There will be a total of 3 information sessions, all held in the TLC Classroom at the Main Library, as follows:

April 17th: 6-7:30pm

August 14th: 2-3:30pm

December 3rd: 6-7:30pm
