Breathwork is a powerful tool for nervous system regulation and highly recommended for improving your overall health and well-being. 🧠 💪

It is an accessible practice used for reducing stress & anxiety by calming the fight & flight response, lowering blood pressure, and increase heart rate variability. Breathwork promotes emotional regulation, boosts focus, enhances sleep quality, and improves overall well being by balancing the autonomic nervous system. 🧘‍♂️

When the breath is activated in specific sequences each person has the ability to access their personal power and can create significant shifts within themselves. No previous experience or knowledge is required to have a successful outcome with this event. All levels of experience are invited to attend.

Please note: during this event there will be an extended period of time (roughly 20-30 mins) of laying down on the floor to breath in specific patterns. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you may need to feel comfortable.
