Strange Realities

Join us Wednesday April 24th for a lecture by Greg Bishop that  will feature an examination of the work and findings of  Mario Pazzaglini.

<p>What is the phenomena of “alien writing,” and what does it tell us about a possible extra-human intelligence? More importantly, and perhaps ultimately, what does it tell us about ourselves and how we communicate through visual symbols? If a nonhuman intelligence is a collective, what role does a language play? How could we use that language to figure out/ back engineer the source? This lecture will feature an examination of the work and findings of Dr. Mario Pazzaglini, who made a lifelong study of what he called “received scripts,” and found many sources: some purporting to be form UFO encounters, and others from disembodied entities, perhaps even what we would call angels. The human mind is capable of many modes of communication, from the pictographic languages of the ancient world, to the tying of knots to send messages used by the Incas, to modern ideas that are communicated through our handheld devices. efforts to communicate can change, fool, control or improve us. Recipients of “received messages” have been communicated ideas of warning, inspiration and hope.</p>
