"One Health" is an approach to human and environmental health that emphasizes their interconnectedness and advocates for interdisciplinary collaboration to address global health issues. This symposium aims to unite scientists, technical professionals, community organizers, and social advocacy groups to turn a critical lens toward science and technology (e.g. surveillance and medical diagnostics). With the ultimate goal of promoting equitable human and environmental health on both local and global scales, we aim to foster discussions on the scientific, environmental, and social implications of these technologies and expand participants' interdisciplinary networks.
