Join us during this Algolia Community Party to learn more about Developer Experience and Documention. The Community Party is an event series aimed at our developer and product audience, to meet and greet the community. We've turned them online because of Covid-19, so we hope you'll be able to join from your sofa!
We'll have two 20-min talks and of course plenty of time for developer chit chat, questions and answers and some fun. We're proud to have a speaker from Facebook this time, who will talk about open-source and the technical behind-the-scenes of Docusaurus.

In this talk, we will show you what is the state of the DocSearch project, which started by being a Holiday gift and now reaches more than 3.4 millions users a month. We will present you the new version of our UI. Also, we will see what was the process to make it happen and how it has been done technically. Join us to see how Algolia gives back to the community !

Do you know how to get someone to do something difficult? Make it easy! Documentation is one of those things: everyone understands it's important, but few want to write it. And if the docs platform is difficult to use or extend, doc writing becomes a punishment. Docusaurus is here to help! 
In this session, we will walk through getting started with Docusaurus, its architecture and MDX support. We will explore built-in themes with plugins, and even create one during the talk. So, let's learn how to make doc writing enjoyable, together!
