Question 1

How do I attend the session?

Accepted Answer

The session will be live on Zoom. The link and passcode will be emailed to all participants approximately 3 days before the session. Students who register within 48 hours of the event will receive login information in time to join the session.

Question 2

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?

Accepted Answer

There will be no refunds for any sessions. Students can email the organizer to inquire about available seats in a different session for the same topic. Availability in other sessions is not guaranteed. Each event has a capacity of 25 students.

Question 3

Can I switch sessions if I want to attend a different session on a different day?

Accepted Answer

Students will only receive login information for the session they register for and will only be admitted into the session that corresponds to the one they registered for.

Question 4

Will I be able to ask questions?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Students will receive an email requesting questions be sent in advance to the organizer. They will also have be able to ask questions during the session. Only questions about the session topic will be addressed.

Question 5

Will I be required to have my camera on?

Accepted Answer

Students are encouraged to have their camera on but it is not required.

Question 6

What if it is sold out and I am on a waitlist?

Accepted Answer

In the event there are more than 5 students on a waitlist, additional sessions may be created. It is important to know these sessions will be on different days from the original session. Waitlisted students will receive an email with details.
