S1 June 26th: Leadership in Building Communities
We live in fragmented times. The federal government is seen as divided, long-standing racial issues continue to erupt, and data continues to grow supporting concerns that the middle class is fading.   
Solutions must come from an emergent capacity at the level of community. We will engage a framework for exploring leadership in social dynamics and build the powerful questions that can shift stuck conversations around race, inequality, prosperity and the desire to give each person the possibility to create a future worthy of dreams.
 
S2 September 25th: The Evolving Self in Leadership – how context change requires personal change
Leaders often say that they are good at finding and building talent, empowering people, being open-minded to new ideas etc. However, often we miss what we must personally become in order to be good. We often don’t know if we have these skills until suddenly our life requires it. 
We will explore current research on fear, joy, and anger and how our propensity for each is not only pre-wired but also contagious. We will explore the emotional and intellectual pathways that allow us to re-direct these patterns in service to building our capacity to learn and change.  
 
S3 December 18th: Organizational Leadership – stop doing stupid things!
Over the past decades volumes have been published on how old mindsets toward leadership are crippling organizations and people. What do we know about flawed advice? What do we know about building talent? What do we know about building dynamic capabilities in organizations? While research does not have all the answers, it does provide enough to say that we must let go of some old models and fully embrace, as leaders, new ways of thinking.
